At International Loft, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet imports. If your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable goods.
- 2.Contact Support
Send an email to our support team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect food items.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Processing Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
