Guccione Medium fruity is produced from the processing of predominantly Nocellara olives, resulting in an oil with a distinctive personality and a medium fruity profile characterized by pronounced green and vegetal notes typical of Sicilian oils. The olives are hand-harvested in mid-October and immediately milled in our mill, following a meticulous production process aimed at highlighting the full potential of the variety.
